Dash Diamonds (Pty) Ltd a Namibian Company established in 2020, a Namibian Company established by members of the previously disadvantaged group to partake in the Namibian diamond sector

Dash Diamonds (Pty) Ltd was granted approval of a Diamond Dealer’s License in January 2021 and recently received approval for a Diamond Manufacturing and Cutting Licence from the Ministry of Mines and Energy.

The overriding concept which Dash Diamonds (Pty) Ltd follows is that of sustainable business development. We plan to achieve this through a documented quality management system, which establishes, benchmarks, measures, improves and sustains a high degree of accountability in our work and that of our partners.

Philosophy & Goals

Dash Diamonds (Pty) Ltd recognises the essence of economic and social development in Namibia. In this context we have a responsibility to encourage and support development in Namibia.

Corporate Governance and Ethics

Dash Diamonds Pty Ltd was created to ensure that its company affairs are transparent and its corporate governance adheres to the Nam-Code. (Nam-Code is based on King III and provides guidance to all Namibian corporate entities on various governance related aspects). Some of these aspects include:

Employment Creation

Dash Diamonds (Pty) Ltd has set up an administrative office and a cutting and polishing manufacturing factory and will be employing over 60 people thus creating jobs, value and downstream beneficiation.
